The iPhone OS 3.1.3 which was released yesterday has already been jailbroken, to a point, at least. The exceptions to the jailbreak are the iPhone 3GS (boo!), newer iPod touch second generation (non-MC), and any iPod touch third generation.

The Prius is not listed among the models that Toyota recently recalled (and temporarily stopped selling) for sticking accelerator pedals, but according to Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, it has its own acceleration problem. Those who hacked their Nexus One to allow multi-touch no longer need that hack. Google has released a ROM update for the Android powered phone which, among other things, enables multi-touch on the device.

One of the problems with the Nexus One has been the lack of direct phone support for those who purchased unlocked phones. Google doesn’t have phone support for any of its services, and thus, has none for the Nexus One, either. That could be changing, however.
