Google (Finally) Looks To Phone Support For Nexus One
One of the problems with the Nexus One has been the lack of direct phone support for those who purchased unlocked phones. Google doesn’t have phone support for any of its services, and thus, has none for the Nexus One, either. That could be changing, however.
A job post on Google’s site for a Phone Support Program Manager, Android/Nexus One, shows that Google isn’t oblivious to problems. While in reality it should have thought of this before the Nexus One launch, at least they’re trying.
