iPhone OS 3.1.3 Jailbroken (For Some)
The iPhone OS 3.1.3 which was released yesterday has already been jailbroken, to a point, at least. The exceptions to the jailbreak are the iPhone 3GS (boo!), newer iPod touch second generation (non-MC), and any iPod touch third generation.
redsn0w 0.9.4 has been confirmed by brave souls to work on the non-excluded models above. When and if a jailbreak for 3.1.3 on the other hardware will happen is still TBD.
